What to Expect

Once your account is connected and clears staff review, the AI starts working. A typical first week looks like this.

First few hours

  • The AI picks up new incoming messages and starts replying
  • Fans who message you get responses in your voice, automatically
  • Top-spending fans are identified and routed to your team

First day

  • The AI covers the whole inbox, with no messages left unread
  • Escalations start surfacing in the Action Queue for your chatters to handle
  • You can check the inbox any time to see conversations in progress

First week

  • Sales data starts appearing in the dashboard
  • PPV conversion rates and fan funnel data become visible
  • You have a clear picture of which fans are active, which are dormant, and what’s driving revenue

What the AI does not do

  • It does not create content. You supply that through your vault.
  • It does not make decisions outside the guardrails you set in personality and limits
  • It does not handle top-spending fans without your team’s involvement
