Install the Desktop App

The Sassychat desktop app is where the AI works your inbox. It runs on macOS and Windows.

Download

Section titled “Download”

Sign in to your Dashboard and download the installer for your operating system from the Downloads section. Both a macOS and Windows installer are available.

Install

macOS

Section titled “macOS”
  1. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
  2. Drag Sassychat into your Applications folder.
  3. Open Sassychat from Applications.
  4. macOS may prompt you to confirm opening an app from the internet. Click Open.

Windows

Section titled “Windows”
  1. Run the downloaded .exe installer.
  2. Follow the setup prompts.
  3. Sassychat will open automatically when installation completes.

First sign-in

Section titled “First sign-in”

When the app opens for the first time:

  1. Click Sign In.
  2. Enter your Sassychat email and password (the same credentials you use for the Dashboard).
  3. You’re in.
