Wallet & Top-Up

Sassychat runs on a prepaid wallet. You add funds to your wallet, and your plan’s charges — the fixed per-account fee and commission on AI-generated sales — draw that balance down. You top up whenever you like, or let auto top-up keep it funded for you.

You’ll find the wallet in the Billing section of your Dashboard.

What the wallet shows

Current balance — the funds available right now. Every charge is drawn from this.
Transaction history — every top-up (credit) and every charge (debit). See Wallet Transactions for the full breakdown.

Adding funds

Click Top Up and choose an amount. Payment is handled by our checkout partner, and the funds are added to your balance as soon as the payment settles.

Auto top-up

So your accounts never pause for an empty wallet, turn on auto top-up:

Threshold — when your balance drops below this amount, a top-up is triggered automatically.
Recharge amount — how much is added each time it triggers.

If an auto top-up ever fails (for example, an expired card), we email you so you can fix the payment method before your balance runs out.

What draws your balance down

Fixed account fees — your plan’s per-account monthly fee, for each connected account.
Commission on AI-generated sales — a percentage of AI-attributed sales (see How Commission Works).

Refunds and chargebacks on attributed sales are credited back to your wallet.
