Pending Review

After you connect an account, Sassychat staff review it before the AI agent starts replying. This page covers what happens during that window.

When you connect a new account, our team confirms everything is set up before the AI sends its first reply. We also index your media library so the AI can reference your actual content when it writes messages.

Staff check indexing progress and account settings before approving. This happens once per account, not every time you log in or reconnect.

Review typically takes 1 to 2 hours during business hours.

If you connect outside business hours, the review starts the next morning. Once the review completes, the AI starts working immediately.

You don’t need to wait before exploring the rest of the dashboard. During review, the following are fully available:

• Vault: browse and manage your media
• Fans: view fan profiles and history
• Accounts: update settings, proxy, and fingerprint
• Settings: configure your workspace

The AI activity areas, Escalations and the AI work feed, show a “review in progress” state until approval lands. That’s expected.

If approved: The AI starts replying automatically. You’ll get a confirmation email. No action needed on your end.

If not approved: You’ll receive an email explaining why and what to do next. There’s usually a straightforward fix. Contact support if you have questions. See Get Help.
