Notes & Tags
Notes and tags let you attach private context to a fan. Your team sees them. They also help the AI respond more appropriately to that fan.
Notes are free-text entries attached to a fan profile. Use them to record anything relevant:
- “Prefers shorter messages, gets annoyed by long replies.”
- “Very interested in fitness content specifically.”
- “Has mentioned their name is Jake.”
Notes are private. The fan never sees them.
How to add a note: Open the fan’s conversation → fan profile panel → Notes section → click Add Note → type and save.
Tags are labels you apply to a fan. They can be anything: vip, re-engage, no-ppv, spanish-speaker, or whatever makes sense for your workflow.
How to add a tag: Open the fan profile panel → Tags section → type a tag name and press Enter.
Tags can be applied to multiple fans at once from the fan list view.
How notes and tags are used
Section titled “How notes and tags are used”Your team sees both when working a fan’s conversation. The AI also reads them when generating replies, so a note saying “responds well to humour” is reflected in how the AI engages.
