Managing a Fan

Each fan in Sassychat has a set of controls you can adjust at any time. Access them from the fan profile panel.

Switch between AI-managed and human-managed

Change who handles this fan’s conversations:

  • AI-managed: the AI handles replies automatically
  • Human-managed: a chatter handles replies, and the fan appears in the Action Queue

Take over a conversation

Section titled “Take over a conversation”

Step in manually without permanently changing the fan’s management mode. Click Take Over in any conversation to reply yourself, then click Return to AI when done.

Add notes and tags

Section titled “Add notes and tags”

Attach private context to a fan that your whole team can see. Notes are freeform; tags are short labels.

Exclude a fan

Section titled “Exclude a fan”

If you don’t want Sassychat to interact with a fan at all, you can exclude them. The AI will leave them alone, and they won’t appear in the escalation queue.
