Profile & Security

You can manage your account information from the Profile settings page.

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. Select Profile.

Your display name is how you appear inside Sassychat, to yourself and any teammates in your workspace.

1. Click the Display Name field.
2. Type your new name.
3. Click Save.

Your email is used for sign-in and any notifications Sassychat sends you.

1. Click the Email field.
2. Enter your new email address.
3. Click Save. You may be asked to confirm the change via a verification email.

To change your password or set one for the first time:

1. Scroll to the Password section.
2. Enter your current password, then your new one.
3. Click Update Password.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password. A reset link goes to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up within a minute or two.

If you’re sure:

1. Scroll to the very bottom of the Profile settings page.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation prompt carefully and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.
