Inviting Team Members

You can invite people to join your Sassychat workspace so they can help manage accounts and reply to fans.

1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
2. Click Organization.
3. Click the Invite Member button.

4. Enter your teammate’s email address.
5. Choose their role, either Admin or Member. (Not sure which? See Roles & Permissions.)
6. Click Send Invite.

They’ll get an email with a link to accept the invitation.

• Your teammate clicks the link in their email.
• They create a Sassychat account (or sign in if they already have one).
• Once they accept, they appear in your team list.

Pending invitations show up in your team list until they’re accepted (or you cancel them).

You can resend or cancel a pending invite at any time from Settings → Organization.
