Limits & Safety

You can tell the AI what topics to avoid and what content types it should never bring up. Once set, the AI respects these limits in every conversation on that account.

Setting limits

In the Dashboard, open your account’s settings and go to AI Personality → Limits (or the limits/safety section of your account settings).

Describe what the AI should never do in plain language. Examples:

  • “Never mention real names or locations.”
  • “Do not discuss competitor platforms.”
  • “Never offer discounts without my approval.”
  • “Avoid any references to [topic].”

How it works

The AI treats your limits as hard rules. If a fan brings up a topic you’ve marked off-limits, the AI steers the conversation elsewhere without engaging with it.

Limits are per account

Each connected account can have its own limits. If you manage multiple creator personas, you can set different rules for each.
