Account Status

Your Dashboard shows a status badge on every connected account.

Status meanings

Fixing common issues

Pending Review

Section titled “Pending Review”

Brand new accounts go through a short review before the AI takes over. Most reviews complete within 1 to 2 hours during business hours. Vault, Fans, Accounts, and Settings are available the whole time. Only Escalations and the AI work feed wait for approval.

Inactive

Section titled “Inactive”

If you’re on a paid plan and seeing Inactive:

  1. Open the desktop app.
  2. Make sure the account is connected and your session is active.
  3. Check your Dashboard again. The status should update.

Disconnected

Section titled “Disconnected”

Your session likely expired or you logged out of the platform within the desktop app.

  1. Open the desktop app.
  2. Navigate to the disconnected account.
  3. Log back in to your OnlyFans or Fansly session.
  4. Head back to your Dashboard to confirm the status is Connected.

Suspended

Section titled “Suspended”

This means the platform itself (OnlyFans or Fansly) has suspended your account. Sassychat can’t help with this directly. You’ll need to resolve it with the platform’s support team.
