Fan Profiles

Every fan has a profile in Sassychat. Open any conversation and the fan profile panel appears alongside the chat. It’s your CRM record for that fan.

What’s in a fan profile

Spend history Total amount this fan has spent and a breakdown over time. Useful for gauging a fan’s value at a glance.

Funnel stage Where this fan sits in the purchase journey: new, active, lapsed, and so on.

Notes Private notes you or your team have added about this fan. Only visible to your workspace, never to the fan.

Tags Labels applied to this fan, either added manually by your team or automatically. Used to organize fans and give the AI context about them.

Management mode Whether this fan is AI-managed or human-managed. Change it directly from the profile panel.

Using the profile day-to-day

The profile panel is visible whenever you have a conversation open. You don’t need to navigate away to see a fan’s history. It sits alongside the chat.
