Plans & Fee-Free Trial

Sassychat starts you on a 7-day fee-free trial (no credit card required) so you can try everything before you pay. Commission accrues at the Basic rate (10%) during the trial; after it ends, charges draw from your prepaid wallet.

Sassychat is priced per connected account plus a commission on AI-generated sales. You only pay for accounts you actually connect, and commission only applies when the AI drives a sale autonomously.

Commission applies only to AI-generated sales: purchases a fan makes after the AI sent a message autonomously (“auto-sent”) in the conversation thread. If you review and send the message yourself, that sale doesn’t count. See How Commission Works for the full definition and attribution window.

Your 7-day trial gives you full access to the Pro feature set: AI reply suggestions, auto-send & auto-outreach, Fan Memory and tone learning, multi-language, reply analytics, welcome sequences, expired-fan re-engagement, Fan CRM profiles, and up to 3 connected accounts.

No fixed fees during the trial. Commission accrues at the Basic rate (10%). The trial is fee-free, not commission-free — the model you try is the model you pay.

You’ll see a trial countdown on your Dashboard. When it runs out:

• A notice appears on your Dashboard.
• Connected accounts show as Inactive until you pick a plan and fund your wallet.
• Nothing is lost — your settings, history, and team are preserved.
• To resume, top up your wallet; fixed fees and any commission accrued during the trial are then drawn from your balance.
