Taking Over a Conversation

You can take over any fan conversation at any time. While you’re in control, you reply manually. When you’re done, hand it back and the AI picks up where you left off.

1. Open the conversation in the inbox.
2. Click Take Over in the conversation header.
3. The composer unlocks. Type and send replies as yourself.

The fan is now in human-managed mode for this session.

The AI pauses on this fan. You see the full message history and reply directly. The fan profile panel stays visible so you can check their spend history, notes, and tags.

When you’re ready to return the fan to AI management:

1. Click Return to AI in the conversation header.
2. The fan switches back to AI-managed mode.
3. The AI resumes handling this fan from the next message.
